Refund policy

​Since all Clad Home furniture is custom made to your exact specifications it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to order furniture in the correct size by first measuring all doorways, corridors, stairways, and elevator cabins. Clad Home does not accept responsibility for custom furniture that does not fit into your home and deliveries cannot be refused on these grounds. If delivery is refused, Clad Home assumes no responsibility financial or otherwise and makes no guarantees about outcome.
